HINTS & TIPS
1.
If you decide to send save the dates these bad boys set the style and vibe for your wedding. This is the first insight your guests will get into your big day so make them pop! Aim to send ASAP or approximately 12-18 months before the wedding day so guests have time to arrange days off work and get an idea of location. Also remember it is only one save the date per household.
SAVE THE DATES
2.
INVITES
All the information for the main event will be included here. Details of times and locations, accommodation, travel and gift info. RSVP cards with the date they need to be returned by. Send invites 8-10 months before the day or 3-6 months if you have sent save the dates.
3.
ON THE DAY
Don’t forget the other stationery that will tie your day together. Menus, place names, table plans and signage. I aim to finalise the designs of these elements 2 months before your wedding day (printing may come later but it’s good to be organised!). Also you might want to think about thank you cards for guests and suppliers, you could include a photo from the day on these.
