T's & C's

Once you have decided to work with I Like Pens Studio and you have accepted your estimate you are adhering to the following terms and conditions as listed below.

 

Payment

 

A non refundable booking fee of £300 is required. This deposit secures your date and allows Kate (I Like Pens Studio) to begin the design process. Your booking will not be secure until the deposit has been paid.

If you decide to cancel the order or your wedding for any reason, you are agreeing to forfeit this booking fee of £300.

If you decide to cancel the order once all work has been completed you are still required to pay the full balance.

All monies paid are non-refundable.

Refunds can only be made on goods that are faulty and at the discretion of I Like Pens Studio.

Proofs are given throughout the process to ensure designs are fit for purpose.

 

The estimate given is based on the prices correct at time of writing and for the items outlined. Any price changes will be discussed prior to the final invoice being sent. 

 

Payments are to be made via bank transfer as stated on the invoice. 

All payments must be paid within 7 days of invoicing. 

 

Goods will be printed and dispatched once the final balance has been received and cleared. 

 

 

Proofing 

 

Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Approval will be accepted via email and once this has been given this is classed binding.

You can amend and revise the design 3 times. Any more changes will incur an extra fee.

Refunds will not be given for spelling and grammar mistakes or for any other changes once the items have gone to print.

The final stationery you will receive, will be based on the mock up designs sent to you  by me. Please check your mock ups thoroughly before confirming printing can commence.

A 30% discount will be given if a reprint is needed.

-PLEASE NOTE- All claims must be made within 7 business days upon receipt of order.

 

Packaging and Delivery

 

All the care is taken to package your items securely during transport. 

 

PLEASE NOTE - Once your items have been shipped, I can no longer take responsibility for the safety of your items  if they are delayed, lost or damaged.

All items are sent signed for and tracked. 

All items are Insured up to a value I deem suitable. Please check with me if extra insurance is required and this can be added for an additional cost.

Please make sure the delivery address given is correct. I take no responsibility if this is provided incorrectly.

If you change address or need to send to another destination, please let me know.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. This may mean a collection is required if time is tight.

Any items arriving damaged will need to be photographed and sent to me as soon as possible. 

If items are not insured you are liable to pay for the item and postage again.

 

General

 

If your numbers change and I have already ordered materials or sent your items to print, you will be subject to additional charges.

 

Your date and booking are not secured until the booking fee has been paid.

 

Once the booking fee has been paid and the design process has begun I ask that you promptly reply to all questions asked in a timely manner. I work with multiple clients at once and don’t have time to chase for answers. If communication is not consistent I cannot take any responsibility for designs not being available within the time frame required. Delays cost time.

It is your responsibility to reply promptly once mock ups and questions have been sent .

I do not have a minimum spend but a design fee of £250 will be required for all bespoke work undertaken.

 

Changes to the design can be made but can only be done up to 2 weeks prior to sending to print.

 

I Like Pens retains all rights to ANY artwork and designs. Reproduction is prohibited unless written permission has been given. All copyright still remains with I Like Pens Studio.

I Like Pens reserves the right to use images and samples of your stationery and signage for portfolio and marketing purposes. This includes photographing them for use on the website and across all social media platforms. Personal details will be redacted.

If you do not want me to use your samples then please let us know

Postponements are offered free of charge within 6 months of the original wedding date, subject to availability. An increase of 20% on the total order will be added for any other time frame.
